“I take no days off from my healthy path. Ever.”

I did not recognize that 49-year-old woman in the mirror anymore. What happened to her? She was tired all the time. She had gained weight. Where was her self respect? How did she become this?

Everything changed for me that day because I decided to get in the best shape of my life. The next day after work I made a delicious pot of Puerto Rican style rice and beans. What happened to my big change?

I tossed it in the garbage and went for the long walk I had promised myself. I talked to myself during that walk. I felt great that I did what I said I was going to do and I was energized from the physical exercise.

I wasn’t even that hungry. Dinner on that night was a banana and plain Page yogurt. The next night I walked again. And the next. This went on every single day for a few months which turned into two years.

Look at my arms! I found exercises on YouTube to tone them. You can learn anything you want on YouTube. I get all of my workouts from there. I get all my food plan information there too.

No gym. No trainer. No classes. My transformation costs nothing: It came from within. I am a new woman. I watch the videos and follow what to do.

Eventually I increased the walking and added some running. My energy came back. I lost even more weight. I began to feel better about myself.

I am 50 years old now. I create web sites. I run a busy parking lot. I practice what I have learned every single day, it is my highest priority.

No days off. Ever.
