Event Information

Anita Mitchell, the creator of the Broward People Project (browardpeople.com), will show us how to leave a legacy that others will want to read. She is currently a television news field producer/assignment editor and also edits books and projects for private clients.

Anita is a masters swimmer with Swim Fort Lauderdale, her personal tool related to writing memoir. You will discover your own.

And, yeah, she used to be a Broward County high school English teacher.

By the end of this memoir writing series, participants will have the bones of the memoir they want to write. They will create their own personal writers toolbox and a map of how they are going to complete their project. Participants will also learn the skills to recreate dialogue and master the organization skills to live a writers life.

The English teacher within lives on!!
